Hello and welcome to our video blog! We are thrilled to have you here as part of our growing community of homeowners, future homeowners, and real estate enthusiasts.
Selling a home isn’t just numbers; it’s your life in it. The routines, the chaos, the memories, all of it. And when it’s time to move on, whether you’re upgrading, downsizing, or just ready for something new, it can feel like a lot. That’s normal. You don’t need hype, you need someone who sees the full picture and knows how to move you through it without making it harder than it needs to be.
Where people get stuck is a lack of strategy. Bad pricing, poor timing, weak positioning, that’s where money gets left on the table. This is where I come in. I don’t just list homes, I build a plan around your property, your timeline, and your goals. Every decision is intentional, from how we prep to how we market to how we negotiate. The goal is simple: protect your time, maximize your outcome, and don’t miss the buyer who’s actually willing to pay for it.
No two sellers are the same, so I don’t treat them that way. Whether it’s your primary home, a higher-end property, or part of your investment portfolio, the strategy adjusts. I’ll walk you through what actually matters, what’s worth doing, and what’s not. You’ll have clear direction, real numbers, and a process that feels structured instead of overwhelming.
If you’re even thinking about selling, let’s talk. No pressure, just a real conversation about where you’re at and what makes the most sense for you.
Katie got into real estate in 2013, starting on the title and escrow side, where she learned how deals actually come together, the fine print, the timelines, and the small things that can make or break a transaction. From there, Katie moved into leadership and ended up running a brokerage, growing it to over 100 agents in the first year and leading a team that ranked at the top across multiple states. That experience gave her a front row seat to hundreds of transactions, different strategies, and what actually works. Eventually, she built her own brokerage from the ground up, and from day one, they ranked number one in their local market and have held that position since.
What that means for you is simple: Katie understands the full picture, from contracts and negotiations to pricing strategy, marketing, and how buyers actually behave in today’s market. She’s seen what causes deals to fall apart, what creates leverage, and how small decisions can cost or make you thousands. As an investor and business coach, Katie looks at real estate through a long-term lens, not just getting you to the closing table. Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating to Oregon, or investing, her job is to make the process clear, protect your position, and help you walk away knowing you made the right move.
